Information about fees is included in our Professional Disclosure Statements. We no longer bill medical insurance, but can offer a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if that is an option with your plan.
Payment is collected at each visit. We accept cash, personal checks, Venmo and credit cards, through Ivy Pay.
